How to Prepare

1. Take 1 litre of boiled water in a bowl. Soak 100g of PROTEIN in it for 4 minutes.
2. Carefully drain out hot water through a sieve. Let the PROTEIZ cool and squeeze out the excess water.
3. The PROTEIZ is ready to be cooked as per your desired recipe.
